Test Coordinators

If you would like to request an alternate test date for any statewide assessments, please complete the Alternate Test Date Request Forms survey.

You will need to enter the following:

1. Name
2. School
3. Email address
4. Requested Statewide Assessment(s)
5. APC approval confirmation
6. Upload your requested alternate test dates

Once your alternate test date request has been submitted, it will be reviewed by the District Test Coordinator, Kris Kolp. You will receive an email confirmation if the request is approved.

NEW THIS YEAR:  In addition to sending in your school’s testing plan/calendar, we are also using a shared testing calendar so that other departments can be informed and are then able to work around and not disrupt your testing days.

Please do the following as soon as you have your testing plan/calendar approved:

1. Go to your calendar in Outlook
2. Click ‘Add Calendar’
3. Select your account (email address)
4. Type into the next box: ‘Test Coordinators Calendar’
5. Add that to your ‘All Group’ or any Group calendar list
6. Enter your Testing Days into the calendar.  Simply type your School’s Name into the day of testing box(es) to notate this calendar.

7. To keep the calendar as clean as possible, there is no need to specify a time range.  Simply double click into that specific date in the calendar and input your information as an ‘all day event’. Enter your school information using the following format into the ‘Title’ text box: School Name – Test Subject(s) – Grade Level(s) tested
