School Management & Employee Relations Overview
MISSION STATEMENT
To enhance and improve current employee relations and practices consistent with Leon County Board Policies, Collective Bargaining Agreements, the Florida Department of Education, and Florida School Laws.
GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
Promote and uphold productive, professional, and positive working relationships with management, classified, and academic employees.
Promote a workplace free of unlawful discrimination and harassment through District training; fair and consistent complaint investigative processes and procedures; and efficient representation for all complainants and respondents District-wide.
Promote collaborative and productive relations with the Leon Classroom Teachers Association, the Leon Educational Staff Professionals Association, and Local 1010 of the International Union of Painters and Allied Trades.
